Guarantee Your Booking
In order to confirm your booking for one of our services you will need to send us your credit card details (number, expiration date and cardholder name) just as a guarantee to ensure your participation. Keep in mind, we do not accept American Express. This is a secure page to send your credit card details, they will be keeped safe.
We will not debit any fee or deposit on the card provided at the moment of your booking, we will only check that it is a valid card.
You will pay the cost for the experience in cash or card as you prefer, at the end of the service.
You can cancel the service free of charge up to 3 days before the date of the service.
We will charge 50% of the entire amount only in the case of cancellation without prior communication 3 days before the day of the service or in case of NO show the date of the service.
Please remember that to be sure that your reservation is successfully completed you should receive our confirmation email!
