The Etna Technical Wine Tasting with vineyard tour is a fun and stimulating experience that includes our Metodo Classico sparkling wine made from Nerello Mascalese grapes. You will discover our artisanal wines, naturally low in sulfites, the result of organic cultivation respectful of tradition and spontaneous fermentations.
During the first part of the experience, one of our local experts will accompany you on a guided walk through the vineyard. Walking along the rows on the slopes of Mount Etna, you will observe all the passion and care we devote to an attentive and respectful production of nature, within a fully eco-sustainable and plastic-free system inspired by the principles of organic and traditional agriculture.
The entire vineyard features the typical sapling training system , emblem of Etna production and a synonym of quality, which you will be able to admire and touch with your own hands.
Subsequently, our staff will accompany you inside our ancient Palmento , where we will continue with the technical tasting of our four main wines, accompanied by bread or breadsticks and Etna extra virgin olive oil.
The tasting of our wines — Biancopiglio, Rossobrillo, Neromagno and Bollamater — will be guided by one of our sommeliers. In addition, we will provide technical sheets for each label being tasted.
